Beginning The Workout
Before beginning any fitness program, please see your physician for a complete physical examination. To maintain your balance, always grasp
the handlebar when you step on or off the foot pedals; and remember that once you stop pedalling, the wheels will continue to move for a
period of time until coming to a complete halt.
