1. Go to Start → Settings → Control Panel.
2. double-click Network and Sharing Center.
3. Click “Manage network connections”; right-click on the Local Area
Connection icon; then select “Properties.”
4. Check your list of Network Components. You should see “Internet
Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” on your list. Select it and click
“Properties.”
5. In the Internet

“Obtain an IP
address
automatically”
and “Obtain
dNS server
address
automatically.”
6. Click “OK” to
confirm the
setting. Your PC
will now obtain
an IP address
automatically
from your
router’s dHCP
server.
NOTE:
Make sure that the Wireless G 4-Port Router’s dHCP server is
the only dHCP server available on your lAN.
