Nitrogen Generator Operation
Initial Set Up:
1. Before beginning, make sure the water supply to the sprinkler system is turned off.
2. Make sure all piping connections have been made in accordance with the installation instructions.
3. Ensure the Air Compressor Power Switch located on the right side of the cabinet is in the "OFF" position.
4. Close the Air Maintenance Device. If multiple Air Maintenance Devices are used, ensure all valves are in closed position.
5. Close the N

Tank Outlet Valve (V03) on the nitrogen tank. See Fig. 13.
6. Turn power ON to the nitrogen generator using the contractor installed "Electrical Disconnect" switch.
7. The IntelliGen
™
Display will turn on, indicating power with a green LED labeled "POWER".
Note:
There will be a short delay as the IntelliGen
™
Display turns on and the system boots up.
8. The amber LED labeled "BYPASS" will activate if the pressure is less than 55 PSI in the nitrogen tank.
