4. The warranty shall lose its validity fully in the occurrence of any of the following
cases: a) if the defect is not from manufacturing; b) if the defect is caused by
the Consumer and/or third parties foreign to the manufacturer; c) if the da-
mage to the product arises from accidents, agents of nature (lightning, floods,
landslides, etc.), humidity, voltage in the electrical network (surge caused by
accidents or excessive fluctuations in the network); d) if the product has under-
gone the influence of a chemical, electromagnetic, electrical or animal (insects,
etc.) nature; e) if the serial number of the product has been adulterated or
erased; f) if the appliance has been infringed.
5. This warranty does not cover loss of data, therefore, it is advisable that the Con-
sumer makes a backup regularly in a storage drive of the product configurations.
6. If the Consumer should request service at home, it shall contact the nearest
Authorized Service for inquiry of the rate of a technical visit. If it is necessary
to remove the product, the expenses arising from transportation, as well as
the safety of the round trip of the product, are the Consumer’s responsibility.
Being these conditions of this complementary Term of Warranty stated, Intelbras
S/A reserves the right to alter the general technical and aesthetic characteristics of
its products without previous notice.
The process of fabrication of this product is not covered by Intelbras environmental
management system.
