Plug the 12V DC to FLIK to power on the FLIK.

Connect FLIK to PC Thunderbolt 3 port by a Thunderbolt 3 cable. 

9. 

Open  the  “Device  Manager”,  you  should  see  a  “

JTAG  cables

”  device  and  it 

contains the Altera USB-Blaster II hardware device. That means the USB Blaster 

II driver is install correctly on your host PC.
