The upper brake assembly can now be lifted and the belt removed. 
 

 

 
 

Replacing the Belt

 

 
To replace the belt, the above actions are to be performed in reverse. 
 

1.  Loop the belt around the brake assembly. 

2.  Place the upper brake assembly onto the brake base. 

3.  Secure the brake base with the four screws. 

4.  Loop the belt around the motor pulley. 

5.  Apply tension to the belt; tighten the rubber fixings. 

6.  With appropriate signage in place, apply power to the lane. Check the motor and brake
