12. The heating element surface is subject to residual heat 

after use, do not touch.

13. When cooking doughy food, gently shake the cooker 

before opening the lid to avoid food ejection.

14. Before each use, check that the valves are not 

obstructed. Refer to “Getting Started”.

for deep or shallow frying of  food.
