STEP 3
1.
Connect the Cable wire (upper) (B-9) to the Cable wire (lower) (D-1).
2.
Install the Handlebar post set (B) to the main frame with 4 Flat washers (B-7), 2 Semicircle washers (B-
8), 6 Spring washers (B-10), and 6 Screws (B-11).
3.
Install the Right lower handlebar (K-R) to the Axle for handlebar with 1 Flat washer (F-1), 1 Nylon
screw (F-2), and 1 Wave washer (F-3).
4.
Install the Left lower handlebar (K-L) to the Axle for handlebar with 1 Flat washer (F-1), 1 Nylon screw
(F-2), and 1 Wave washer (F-3).
