riding only. Anything other than this is inappropriate 

 

In order to prevent accidents and or injury, please read and follow these simple rules: 

 
Do not allow children to platy in the area of this device, it is not a toy. 
 
Control and tighten all screws, nuts, bolts and the saddle and pedals on a regular basis. 
 
Check your equipment regularly for signs of ware. Replace defective parts immediately. In 
the event of any defect, cease usage until fully repaired. 
 
Keep hands and free clear of the chain and crank case in the absence of the housing cover. 
 
Avoid wearing baggy clothing as this may get tangled up in the machinery. Choose only 
appropriate trainings clothing. 
 
Do not attempt to ride bare foot. Use only appropriate training shoes. 
 
Do not stand on this device. 
 
Place your home trainer on a solid flat surface for training. 
 
Refrain from training directly before and or after meals. 
 
Before starting any type of fitness training, consult your Doctor.
