SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 

 

Read all warnings and instructions before use. Keep this manual for future reference. 

 

Always wear suitable sports clothing and shoes. 

 

Do not wear jewelry during exercise. 

 

Use the product only for the purpose for which it was designed. 

 

Do not use a worn or damaged product. 

 

Only one person may use the product at a time. 

 

Use only on level and firm surfaces. 

 

If  you  experience  dizziness,  nausea,  chest  pain,  or  any  other  discomfort,  stop  exercising 

immediately and consult your doctor before resuming the exercise. 

 

Place  the  weight  training  station  on  a  flat surface  with  sufficient space. If  necessary,  place  a 

protective  pad  under  the  station  to  prevent  damage  to  the  floor  (not  included).  For  safety 
reasons, provide a clearance of at least 0.6m around the entire station. 

 

Do not use the product if there are sharp edges around it.
