Press “set” key .Use “Up” or “Down” key to select your personal key form p0-p9. Once you reach
the personal key you wish to use, Press “SET” to confirm.

Press “▲”or “▼” to choose

female, then press “SET” to conform

Press “▲”or “▼” to choose age (10-80), press “SET” to confirm.

Press “▲”or “▼” to choose height (100-225), “press “SET” to confirm.

Press “SET” to measure weight, body percentage. Hydration percentage after setting personal data.

Taking weight and body fat & hydration percentage readings.

When you use the scale, use your personal key .Press “SET” and “▲”or “▼” to select personal
key .press “SET” key to confirm .scale will indicate “0.0”.

Stand bare foot on scale, maintain contact with electrodes.
