The pedals are composed of straps and footrests.

The side of the strap with two holes is on the outside and is used to
adjust the length according to the size of the foot.

The open part of the footrest is used to slide the pedals onto the
pedal rod.

The closed part of the footrest is the outer part.

Slide the pedals onto the pedal rod and tighten the nuts.

Reattach the marked part that you removed in step 2.

Select the correct hole according to the frame.

Attach the seat to the seat holder, tighten the nut.
