IN 23788 Pedometer inSPORTline Pacero
INTRODUCTION
This pedometer shows the number of steps and the distance traveled. Read the manual before using
the device and keep it for future reference.
To maintain good health and reduce the risk of chronic health complications, it is recommended to
take 10,000 steps a day. For effective weight loss, the total number of steps should be in the range of
12,000 to 15,000 steps. If you want to significantly improve your condition, it is recommended to take
up to 30,000 steps a day.
DISPLAY
The display shows the number of steps and the distance traveled.

MODE button
Press to switch between modes.
Hold to reset the step and distance values (step mode only).
Hold to change units (only in step mode).
SET button
Press to set the step length.
Press to change the stride length (only in "distance" mode).
Press to change units (only in step mode).

Press the mode button to switch the pedometer to "step" mode.
Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds to reset the number of steps and distance.
After resetting, keep the button pressed, the "units" will start flashing.
Press the SET button to toggle between mile / inch or km / cm.
