BEFORE AND AFTER USE
•
Be sure that all locking mechanisms are properly secured.
•
Check the height of the handlebars, tightening the nuts, perpendicular the handlebar and front
wheel.
•
Check fastening systems: the handlebar quick-release system, the wheel axes must be
properly adjusted and not damaged.
•
The minimum handle height must be set to the lowest position so that the latch is in the lowest
slot.
•
Check the wear of wheels.
USE AND BRAKING
•
The scooter should be used with caution, as it requires a great skill of riding. It requires riding
skills and maintaining body balance to avoid falls and accidents that cause injuries to the user
and others.
•
The user is standing on the board (rack), push by foot from ground and controls the
handlebars. Regularly change the pushing leg.
•
Hold both handles (both hands) while driving. Reduce the speed when you turn, or you are not
riding straight, and you are in danger of losing balance.
•
Before leaving the scooter, you must first lower the speed. When the scooter is completely
stopped, first leave with one leg and then another.
•
Reduce the speed by pushing the handbrake on the wheel or pushing the mudguard located
on the back wheel. When the brake and the mudguard are pressed, the scooter will slow down
and stop.
•
Do not leave the scooter while riding.
•
The speed-reducing mechanism is heated when it is in use. Therefore, always release it
completely after each braking. For the same reasons, it is also not advisable to touch the
braking mechanism immediately after stopping.
•
Beginners should begin using a scooter under the supervision of another (adult) person to
help maintain balance etc.
•
Before attempting to ride, try the scooter controls to prevent falls etc.
•
When riding downhill, the braking distance is increased, and the level of safety is reduced. The
rider must always move at such a speed to be able to stop in time and safe.
