Step 17: Attach Pulley 8 and Pulley 9 to Seat Base Frame as Lower Cable is routed.

Secure Pulley 8 using: One (3 ½” Pulley)

One (3/8” x 2” Hex Bolt)

Two (3/8” Flat Washers)

One (3/8” Lock Nut)

Secure Pulley 9 using: One (3 ½” Pulley)

One (3/8” x 3 ¾” Hex Bolt)

Two (1” Step Spacers)

One (3/8” Lock Nut)

Step 18: Attach Pulleys 10 & 11 to Main upright, being sure to thread lower cable under

pulley 10 as cable is routed. Secure Pulleys 10 and 11 side by side using:

Two (3 ½” Pulley)

One (3/8” x 3” Hex Bolt)

Two (3/8” Flat Washers)

One (3/8” Lock Nut)

NOTE: Wrench Tighten pulleys 8 – 11 Now

Step 19: Attach Floating Pulley Bracket Assembly to Lower Cable using: One (Cable Adapter)

Step 20: Attach Pulley 12 to Floating Pulley Bracket Assembly using:

One (3 ½” Pulley)

One (3/8” x 1 ¾” Hex Bolt)

Two (3/8” Flat Washers)

One (3/8” Lock Nut)

NOTE: Wrench Tighten Now
NOTE: Lay Floating Pulley Bracket Assembly on the floor until step 23.
