What if you don’t  use a spray hole or don’t want to use it?

You can cut a mounting hole through a stainless steel sink with a 1-3/8" (35mm) chassis
punch such as the one shown at right. Rent or purchase one at your hardware or electrical
supply store. Or, mount the Hot Water Dispenser’s head in a 1-3/8" (35 mm) hole drilled
through your sink countertop with an expandable wood bit. Don’t attempt to drill a hole
through a cast iron or porcelain covered sink unless you have the proper tools.
