Insert wood screw(s) through the mounting plate and into the hole(s) drilled in the stud(s), then tighten both the wood 
screw(s) and toggle bolt(s) with a Phillips

 

screwdriver to mount the plate. Make sure that the plate is centered before 

tightening fully.

Caution:

 Be careful to avoid pinching your fingers between the back of the mounting plate and the wall.
