Failure codes
WARNING:
Use extreme caution with children. Children should not play with
your cooker.
CAUTION:
Do not try to repair your induction cooker yourself. Doing so
invalidates the warranty.
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
After I plug in the power cord, no
indicator lights and
-- --
doesn’t
appear on the display.
• Make sure that the plug is inserted tightly
into the power outlet.
• Make sure that the switch, socket, fuse, and
power line are in good condition.
The indicator light above the
selected button lights but
heating doesn't start.
• Make sure that you’re using the correct type
of the cookware. See Selecting types of
cookware on page 6.
• Take your cooker to a repair facility.
Heating stops suddenly during
cooking.
• Let your cooker cool down, then try to restart
your cooker.
• Make sure that the air entry and air vent are
clean, then reset the timer. See Cleaning the
air entry and air vent on page 11 and Setting
the timer on page 10.
• If a failure code appears on the display, see
E6
Your cooker’s internal temperature is too high. In
a few minutes, the temperature inside your
cooker returns to normal. To resume cooking,
press the
/
Start/Stop
button.
E7, E8
Your cooker has experienced a voltage problem.
Make sure that the power outlet supplies the
correct voltage. If necessary, change to a different
outlet. After adjusting the voltage, your cooker
resumes cooking.
