Running programmes
While the treadmill is still, you can press the
PROG button (11) to choose one of the built-
in programs from 1 to 12.
The standard time for each program is 30
minutes, and the time can be changed by
pressing the SPEED +/- button.
Each programme is divided into 20 equal
sections. Each stage has a predefi ned speed
and incline, and the combination of these
constitutes the profi le of the program that is
shown as bars on the display.
Press the START button to start the treadmill
on the selected program.
Once the running programme is complete,
the treadmill stops. Press the STOP button to
stop training.
BMI measurement
The treadmill must be in standby. Press
the PROG button until FAT appears on the
display.
Press the MODE button to select parameter
and press the SPEED +/- button to enter your
data.

Press the MODE button again to select the
F-5 FAT parameter and hold the pulse sensors
(3) on both handles. The computer calculates
your BMI (body mass index), as shown on the
