The INQUA
®
nasal douche must be cleaned, disinfected and dried
after each use.
Caution:
Inadequate cleaning or drying may allow germs to breed
which could cause or aggravate illnesses.
Cleaning
Recommended method:
• Dismantle the nasal douche into its individual parts (refer to image
on page 19).
• After every use, flush the individual parts of the INQUA
®
nasal
douche thoroughly with warm drinking water, then disinfect and dry
them (see next chapter).
Possible alternative: Washing in the dishwasher
• Distribute the parts in the cutlery basket.
• Select a program of at least 50°C.
Note:
Do not wash the INQUA nasal douche together with dirty
crockery.
Disinfection
Recommended method:
You can disinfect the INQUA
®
nasal douche with the NUK Vaporisa-
tor 6 (part no. 10.251.010 ) or the Desinfektor D6 by Petra. Please
follow the instructions for use with each of these steam disinfectors.
