STEP #10

Next, take the end frames (E1) and lay
them across the rolling pipe on each of
the table

(Figure 12a and Figure 12b )

STEP #11

Lay out the bench cross bars (B3) over the rolling pipe equally spaced across the bench as
shown in Figures 13a, 13b

Be sure the pre-punched holes are FACING UP when they’re laid across the bench.
