HERMAN® verleent 2 jaar garantie op het apparaat ten aanzien van alle defecten die
voortvloeien uit verborgen gebreken die het apparaat ongeschikt maken voor
normaal gebruik.
•
De garantietermijn loopt vanaf de aanschafdatum. We adviseren u uw aan-
schafbon zorgvuldig te bewaren als bewijs van deze datum.
•
Binnen de garantietermijn worden eventuele defecten die voortvloeien uit
fabricage- of materiaalfouten gratis door ons verholpen, hetzij door reparatie,
vervanging van (onder)delen of omruiling van het volledige apparaat.
•
De uitvoering van reparaties valt uitsluitend onder de garantie indien kan worden
aangetoond
(door middel van een ingevulde garantiekaart en de originele
aanschafbon
) dat het defect binnen de garantietermijn is gemeld.
•
Niet onder de garantie vallen defecten of beschadigingen die voortvloeien uit een ongeval, verkeerd gebruik,
nalatigheid (bv. als het apparaat niet volgens de voorschriften is schoongemaakt), of als er buiten het
bevoegde servicecenter van uw verkoper reparaties zijn uitgevoerd of wijzigingen aan het apparaat zijn aange-
bracht. (Met uitzondering van het demonteren van het apparaat overeenkomstig de instructies in dit boekje.)
•
Niet onder de garantie vallen defecten die het gevolg zijn van het aansluiten van het apparaat op een
verkeerd voltage, verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat, slijtage binnen normaal aanvaardbare grenzen
of defecten die rechtstreeks voortvloeien uit het negeren van de instructies in dit boekje.
•
HERMAN® aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor materiële schade of lichamelijk letsel
als gevolg van het aansluiten van het apparaat in strijd met de ter plaatse geldende
veiligheidsvoorschriften en technische normen (bv. een ondeugdelijk stopcontact).
•
De garantie geeft de koper in geen geval recht op schadevergoeding.
•
Alle andere aanspraken, inbegrepen de vergoeding van schade, zijn uitgesloten van garantie tenzij
de wet anders bepaalt. Andere dan bovenstaande garantiebepalingen zijn niet van toepassing.
HERMAN® provides a 2-year warranty for all defects resulting from hidden deficiencies
which render the appliance unsuitable for normal operation.
•
The warranty period starts on the date of first purchase. We advise
to carefully save your receipt as proof of this date.
•
Within the warranty period any and all defects resulting from faulty production or
faulty materials will be resolved free of charge, by means of repair, replacement of
parts or component parts or replacement of the appliance as a whole.
•
Repairs will only be performed under warranty in case it can be proven
(by means of a filled in war-
ranty card and the original receipt)
that the complaint has been filed inside the warranty period.
•
The warranty does not apply when defects or damages result from an accident, misuse, negligence
(e.g. incorrect cleaning), or when repairs or alterations have been executed outside the authorized
service centre of your retailer. (This excludes dissasembly as stated in this instruction booklet.)
•
The warranty does not cover any defects caused by connecting the appliance to a wrong
outlet voltage, misuse of the appliance, wear and tear within regularly acceptable limits
or defect resulting directly from neglecting the instructions in this booklet.
•
HERMAN® cannot be held responsible for any material damage or personal accident resulting from connecting
the appliance in breach of the locally applicable safety regulations and technical standards (for instance an
inferior AC outlet).
The warranty under no circumstances grants the right to any compensation.
•
All other claims, including damages, are excluded unless the Law states otherwise. Other war-
ranty regulations than the warranty regulations outlined in this booklet are not applicable.

La période de garantie entre en vigueur à la date du premier achat. Nous vous
conseillons de conserver votre reçu comme preuve de cette date.

Pendant la période de garantie, toute panne résultant d’un défaut de fabrication ou
de matériau sera prise en charge sans aucun frais, soit par une réparation, remplace-
ment de pièces ou composants ou remplacement de l’appareil complet.

Les réparations seront effectuées sous la garantie uniquement s’il peut être prouvé que la réclamation a été
déposée pendant la période de garantie (
en utilisant une carte de garantie remplie ou le reçu d’origine
).
•
La garantie ne s’applique pas si les défauts ou dommages sont le résultat d’un accident, d’une
mauvaise utilisation, ou d’une négligence (par ex. un nettoyage incorrect), ou lorsque des
réparations ou modifications on été réalisées par du personnel autre que le centre après-vente
autorisé ou votre détaillant. (Ceci exclu le démontage tel que décrit dans le présent guide).
•
La garantie ne couvre pas les défauts provoqués par la connexion de l’appareil à une tension inappropriée,
par une mauvaise utilisation de l’appareil, ou par une usure normale dans les limites généralement
acceptables, ni les défauts résultant d’un non-respect des consignes présentées dans ce guide.
•
HERMAN® ne peut être tenue responsable pour tout dommage matériel ou accident person-
nel résultant d’une connexion de l’appareil qui soit en violation des réglementations locales
en vigueur et des normes techniques (par exemple une prise CA inférieure).
•
La garantie ne donne en aucun cas droit à aucune compensation.
•
Toutes autres réclamations, y compris dommages, sont exclues, sauf si tel est prescrit par la législation en
vigueur. Toute réglementation de garantie autre que celle indiquée dans le présent guide ne sera pas applicable.
