Battery power and lifetime
Notes for disposal of batteries
The micro USB port is located beneath the “up“ and “down“ buttons of the eGrip 2.
Connect the micro USB charging cable for charging or to upgrade to the device. You can
recharge the eGrip 2 with the USB cable connected to the USB port of a computer or
with a suitable USB wall adapter. Whether the battery is fully charged or is still in the
charging process, you will see the charging status on the battery icon on the display.
When the battery is not in operation for long periods of time, it loses – in accordance with the industry standards and norms -
after 3 months 5% to 10%, after 6 months 15% to 20% and after one year 25% to 30% of its power. We recommend that you
charge the battery at least every 3 months to ensure a long service life.
Electronic goods and batteries should not be disposed with normal household waste! Please dispose of used batteries - as
required by law - at a municipal collection location, so that raw materials and potentially harmful substances can be properly
removed and recycled.
