INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Insert the beaters you want to use into the proper sockets until you hear a click.
Be sure that the switch is positioned on “OFF”.
Insert the plug in a proper wall outlet.
Position the beaters in a proper container filled with foods.
Do not immerse beaters in liquid with a level of more than 8-9 cm.
Keep still the container you are using with your hand.
Turn on the appliance positioning the switch (1) on the speed you desire:

DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE FOR MORE THAN 5 MINIUTES CONSECUTIVELY. DO NOT
USE THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT LIQUIDS.
REMOVING BEATERS
When you have finished using the appliance, position the ON\OFF switch (1) on “OFF”
and wait until beaters are completely still before you draw the appliance out of the
container.
Remove the plug from the wall outlet
Release beaters pressing strongly eject button (4).
NOTE: the whisk eject button will unlock them to allow for removing them more easily
from their seat; it does NOT have an “eject” effect.
USEFUL SUGGESTIONS
Use low speed for hard dough/mixtures.
Start processing at low speed to mix ingredients and subsequently increase speed to
process the mixtures further.
SPEED 1-2
: For mixing drying ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and
cream into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces and mashing vegetables.
SPEED 3-4:
For mixing cake mixes, puddings or batters. For using the dough hooks when
mixing dough or heavier cake mixes. For creaming together shortening and sugar.
SPEED 5:
For whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk, egg whites or whole eggs.
For mixing minced meat or kneading heavy dough.
