7. MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the machine from the mains before servicing.
7.1 Saw blade replacement (Pic. 7.1)
Only properly sharpened blades according to EN 8471: 2005 should be used. Do not use blades that
have a maximum speed below the maximum rotation of the saw shaft. Always leave a gap between the
Blade Knife and the saw blade of a minimum of 3 mm and a maximum of 8mm.
- Turn the crank that raises the blade to the highest
possible position.
- Move dust collector A.
- Remove the protection bar B.
- Push back the extension table
- Open blade cover D.
- Loosen nut C by removing the blade for exchange.

7.2 General cleaning (Pic. 7.2)
Never attempt to remove wood chips while the saw is on.
- After each work cycle cleans all parts, vacuum up
chips, dust and any other resin.
- Use compressed air only when necessary, wearing
goggles and mask. Clean mainly the following parts:
- Extender table guide A;
- Cross table support B;
