Lateral belt guiding elements
IMPORTANT
• Verify that on the seat of the car there are not any items that may hinder the
correct leaning of the car base to the seat.
• Verify that the backrest is in vertical position and the seat where the car base has
to be installed is
NOT EQUIPPED WITH FRONT AIRBAG .
• Install the Inglesina car system only IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO THE
DRIVING ONE .
POSITIONING AND INSTALLATION OF THE INGLESINA HUGGY CAR SYSTEM

After having positioned the base on the seat unit, pass the lower segment
( F ) of the car safety belt through the lateral belt guiding elements ( A ); then, hook
the car safety belt properly.
fig. 3 Install the Huggy Multifix or Prime car seat to the Huggy SHP base only
IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO THE DRIVING ONE , until hearing both CLICK
sounds indicating the occurred hooking.
CAUTION: make sure that the seat unit is properly hooked on both sides, trying
to lift it.

Rotate the seat unit handle ( B ) to the most forward position. Make sure
that the two buttons ( D ) completely come out, after having arranged the handle to
the proper position.
fig. 5 Pass the diagonal segment ( G ) of the car safety belt through the rear guide
( E ).
CAUTION: make sure that the safety belts are well stretched and not twisted.
Only in this way it is possible to obtain the perfect anchoring of the Inglesina
Huggy car system.
REMOVAL OF THE INGLESINA HUGGY CAR SYSTEM

By pressing the two buttons ( D ) simultaneously, rotate the seat handle to
the vertical position and, after having removed the safety belt diagonal segment
from the rear guide (
E ), acting on the lever ( I ), lift it from the Huggy SHP base by
holding it from the handle. The base remains on board, ready for use.
fig. 7 To remove the Huggy SHP base from the car seat, it is sufficient to
completely unhook the safety belt freeing the lateral belt guiding elements ( A ).
