OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
•
Always use clean, dry air at 90psig (6.2 bar/
620kPa) maximum at the tool inlet.
•
Lubrication -- Inject approximately 1.5 cc of
Powerforce No. 50Oil into the air inlet before
starting the tool and after each two or three hours
of operation, unless the air line lubricator is used.
Lubricate with 1.5 cc of Powerforce No. 50Oil
before storage.
•
Forward/Reverse Operation -- Move the lever (3)
up for the drill chuck to spin in a clockwise
direction. Move the lever (3) down, for the drill
chuck to spin in a counter--clockwise direction.
•
Only use accessories for drilling, reaming, and
fastening operations.
