If the engine starts, the machine controller will signal the auto start module
the engine is started. If the engine did not start the controller signals a no
start condition.

If a no start condition exists, the auto start module will wait 30 seconds
and then issue another crank signal to the machine controller. The events
of steps 2 and 3 will take place. If the engine fails to start, a third attempt
will be made. If within three crank attempts the engine does not start, the
auto start module will issue a shutdown condition to the machine
controller. A code 73 will be displayed on the control panel diagnostic
display.

If the engine does start, the auto start module will issue a load command
to the machine controller. Normal machine operation will take place until
the auto start module issues a machine stop to the machine controller.
6.
When the external contact opens, the machine will stop. The system will
operate once again when the contact closes.
If communications between the machine controller and the auto start module is
lost, the machine will perform a shutdown, indicating such. This shutdown only
occurs if the auto start module was activated with the machine under auto start
stop control.
