INSPECTION AND SERVICE
ALGORITHM PROGRAM NUMBER
To find the algorithm program number:
1.
Disconnect the AC electrical cord from the outlet.
2.
Set the Tow/Run switch to TOW.
3.
Disconnect the battery cable from battery number 8 negative (-) post.
4.
Plug the AC electrical cord into an approved power source. Let the battery charger to do the
start-up self-test.
5.
When the start-up self-test is done the 80% LED will show a sequence of flashes that represent
the algorithm number.
Note:
One flash, pause, two flashes, pause, and five flashes would be an example of Algorithm
number 125.
6.
Repeat Step 1 through Step 4 to see the algorithm code again.
ELECTRICAL CORDS
Examine electrical cords for wear and damage before use. Immediately replace electrical cords for:
• Cracks
• Cuts
• Frayed wiring
• Insulation damage
• Loose connections
• Splices
