Inspect for loose or corrosion connections. Tighten
loose connections and replace corrosion
connections.
Inspect for worn or defective batteries. Replace
batteries as necessary.
Operate charger in a lower ambient temperature
environment.

Battery could not be trickle
charged up to minimum
voltage
Inspect for worn or defective batteries. Replace
batteries as necessary.

Charger shutdown because of
high internal charger
temperature.
Inspect for dirty, blocked, or damaged cooling fins.
Clean dirty cooling fins and remove blockages as
necessary. Replace damaged fins immediately.
Reset charger by removing electrical power for a
minimum 15 seconds.

Charger internal fault
Reset charger by removing electrical power for a
minimum 15 seconds.
Return charger to an approved service center if fault
persists.
