CHARGE INDICATOR LIGHT
NOTICE
WHEN THE CHARGE INDICATOR LIGHT IS ON, CHARGE
BATTERIES AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
The charge indicator lamp gives a visual indication when:
• The battery state of charge (SOC) is less than 20%. Charge the batteries as
quickly as possible.
• The batteries start to charge.
Note: The multipurpose buzzer will operate three times.
STATUS CONDITION
OFF
Battery SOC is more than 20%.
ON
(CONSTANT)
Battery SOC is less than 20% but more than 10%.
ON
(FLASH ON AND OFF)
Battery SOC is less than 10%.
BATTERY STATE OF CHARGE INDICATOR
The battery state of charge (SOC) indicator gives a more detailed visual indication
of the battery SOC. The battery SOC indicator has a 10-bar display that measures
battery voltage and shows battery capacity in 10 percent increments. The battery
SOC indicator is only shown when the vehicle is in operation.
Note: There may be a problem with the wiring or with a battery cell if the battery
SOC indicator moves from full charge display to empty in less than 45
minutes. Have a approved technician check the vehicle.
Note: There may be a problem with the battery charger or with one of the
batteries if the battery SOC indicator does not show full after a battery
charge session. Have a approved technician check the vehicle.
