Symbol
The following symbols area used on the terminal and the power supply:
The CE symbol indicates that the product meets the
requirements of the applicable EC directives. It is a mandatory
HYPERLINK "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certifi
cation_mark" \o
"Certifi cation mark" conformity symbol for certain products sold within
the HYPERLINK "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Economic_
Area" \o "European Economic Area" European Economic Area (EEA).
The UL symbol appears on end-user products and complete
components suitable for factory and fi eld installation. All
component suitable carrying these symbols are covered
by our Follow-Up Services program to determine that
component continue to be manufactured in compliance with UL’s safety
requirements.
The RCM symbol indicates compliance with the Australian
Communications and Media Authority’s (ACMA) regulatory
arrangements for telecommunications, radio, EMC, and
electromagnetic energy (EME).
This TÜV symbol indicates that a component suitable
was examined by experts and there are no safety
concerns.
Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) symbol
indicates that when the end-user discards this product, it
must be sent to separate collection facilities for recovery and
recycling.
Mark indicating a power supply meets the level VI
requirements.
This symbol indicates that the terminal operates with
continuous voltage. It is followed by the ratings (voltage
and current for instance).
This symbol indicates that the terminal operates with
alternative voltage. It is followed by the ratings (voltage and
current for instance).
