Frame Rate:
the number of compressed frames produced by camera per
second.
The bigger the frame is, the better the image continuity will be, but the CPU
performance is lowered.
The smaller the frame is, the worse the image continuity will be, but the CPU
could handle more events.
For H.264 major stream, the maximum frame rate is 20fps when the resolution
comes to 2048
×
1536; the maximum frame rate is 30fps when the resolution
comes to 1920
×
1080.
The maximum frame rate for MJPEG is 10fps.
Note: the video settings of H.264 major/minor stream are linkage with that of
MJPEG stream. When the three streams are enabled, the resolution/frame rate
settings are as below:
a.
H.264 major stream: the resolution is
2048
×
1536,
and frame rate is
20fps;
b.
H.264 minor stream: the resolution is
720
×
480,
and frame rate is
20fps;
c.
MJPEG
stream: the resolution is
720
×
480,
and frame rate is
9fps.
If it prompts the setting failed, please
operate according to the prompt.
GOV number:
GOV number means the ratio of I frame to P frame in compressed
video images.
The bigger the value is, the less the data quantity is and the less network
resource it occupies.
Max.
GOV number
can be set to 60.
Bit Rate:
There are 2 modes of bit rate: variable rate (vbr) and constant rate
(cbr).
