PUK2 Code
PUK2 code is provided along with some SIM cards for changing
locked PIN2 code.

If wrong PUK2 code has been input for 10 times straight, the
SIM card can not be used any more. Please contact your service
provider for a new SIM card.

The PUK2 code can not be changed. If it is lost, please contact
your service provider.
