Troubleshooting > Card Reading
If the Linea Pro 7 is not reading the magnetic strip properly, refer to the table below for possible
causes:

If the Linea Pro 7 is not scanning barcodes properly, refer to the table below for possible causes:

Scanner does not power on
• Linea Pro 7 battery is too low
• Linea Pro 7 is not powered on by the software
• Faulty scan engine
No barcode data being returned
during scanning
