8.1 General information

There is a danger to life from the contact of conductive parts inside the device.

► Disconnect the device from the power supply prior to any maintenance work. Make

sure that the electric power supply cannot reconnected without authorization.

the customer. These maintenance procedures are described in this "Original

Operating Instructions Pernicka 700H CHLD".

Service level II and II maintenance work on the Pernicka 700H CHLD may only be

carried out by authorized INFICON service technicians or by persons authorized by

INFICON GmbH Cologne. These maintenance procedures are described in the

"Pernicka 700H CHLD Service Documentation".

8.2 Device maintenance

8.2.1 Change O-rings of the test chamber

free of powder during operation.
