The serious risk of misuse of a child harness when used with a booster seat is causing a lowering of the safety of the child. This has been
identified during a program jointly carried out by the Prince of Wales Medical Research Institute and NSW Centre for Road Safety, titled
‘Accessory child safety harnesses - Do the risks outweigh the benefits?’.

InfaSecure’s Research and Development team has identified the need for an improved method of safely retaining children in booster seats.

Comparative crash testing carried out to the requirements of AS/NZS 1754 : 2010 in frontal mode (TNO P3 and P6 Test Dummies) has
shown the ability of the Securefit to give improved safety featured to your child’s benefit and your piece of mind.
