. Drain plug
Install the stainless steel
clip (Fig. G) that is taped to
the transom to prevent
loosing the plug (Fig. H).

5. Valve operation
All air chambers of your
INCEPT
boat are fitted with Halkey-Roberts inflation valves that
enable inflation / deflation of the boat, enable pressure regulation in the chambers by
manually releasing air, and allows the measurement of pressure in the chambers by
means of an optional pressure gauge.

The valves are operated by
pressing down the inter-
nal stem and twisting a
quarter turn
. (See Fig. I)
When the stem holds down
the valve is open.
To inflate the boat, first close
the valve by releasing the
stem with a twist.
To release the pressure push down the stem and let out some air out.
Important: After inflation, fit the valve caps to prevent the entry of water, gravel
and dirt.
6. Use of the boat
Your
INCEPT
inflatable boat is designed for recreational and water touring purposes.
Whenever the kayak is used on public waterways, Waterway Traffic Rules must be ob-
served. Operation of your
INCEPT
inflatable boat does not require any licence but it
is
re-
quired that
the person in charge knows the techniques of small boat operation within the
scope necessary for its operation, as well as the valid navigation rules of the particular
country.
Every person in your INCEPT boat must sit in their proper seat and wear a PFD - personal
