Question Cause Measures
The device is not
turning on.
The fuse is blown.
Turn off the BPBIO320/320n, and replace the fuse.
The fuse socket is located on the back of the device beneath
the power plug.
Pull the fuse out by using a flathead screwdriver. Replace
the fuse with the provided spare fuse. Additonal fuses can
be purchased if necessary.
Voice guide does not
work.
The volume knob on
the rear of the blood
pressure monitor
may be turned off .
Turn on the volume knob on the rear of the BPBIO320/320n.
The sound sentting
has been set to ‘Beep
Guide’ instead of
‘Speaker’.
Refer to Setup on page 13 to change the sound settings.
If the sound setting is set at , only the ‘beep’
sound (alarm sound) will be heard. If it is set at , no
sound will be heard. If you want the voice guide to be heard,
set the sound setting to .

• Be sure to turn off the power when replacing the fuse.
