Turn the product upside down and push the handle on the spring bar
on the back of the strap inward.

Slide the spring bar inward and pull the band apart from the main body.

Place one end of the spring of the strap in a groove on the
body of the InBodyBand 3.

Slide the handle inward into the spring bar and insert the other end into the band.
