• Ensure that the mic on Answer/End
button is not blocked.

switch is in the correct position. Ensure
the iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) devices
switch is in mode A; ensure other
devices like Android, Windows Phone
switch is in mode B.
• Check the headphones connector is
fully inserted into the playback device
• Try another compatible device
No audio/intermittent
