notable
features
- Small size, since the antenna is
housed inside the suitcase between the
inner liner and the plastic box of the
exterior.
- Stationary wave ratio better than 1.2
across the covered band.
- It has hardly any losses by absorption
of metallic structures or concrete, so it
can be operated inside buildings or on
a balcony.
- Its high “Q” makes it very selective,
behaving like a filter in reception and
transmission
-It is immune to the electric QRM and
the intermodulation of nearby stations
or very powerful.
- Control directly on the tuning capaci-
tor, with a dial calibrated in degrees.
- It is sensibly directional so it can be
turned on a rotating base, office chair
type to orient it and get a higher level
of reception.
- You can have it in the vicinity of the
station or take it out on a balcony or
terrace.
- The antenna can operate fully open in
a vertical or half-open arrangement at
a 90 degree angle, so that the suitcase
is stable. Closed also works but you
do not have access to your tuning and
also closing it will change your tuning
notably.

description
INAC, has a magnetic antenna for use in travel or places that require a quick and
convenient start-up.
The magnetic antennas have the same basic configuration, coil and capacitor. In this
case it is a double loop, which without closing the suitcase is an “8” figure and closed
the suitcase is a two-turn loop.
In our case, that is to say in the model MAK-721 PRO, we have created a model that
covers the central part of the band, from 7 to 21 Mhz, with the advantage being the
bands used for the local communication (40 meters) And the DX (20 meters).
The capacitor is handled directly on the shaft, with a maximum capacity rotation at a
minimum of 180 degrees. The setting can be made in reception at maximum noise or
in transmission at minimum level of standing waves.
The handling of the transmitting capacitor must be done with reduced power as it
can cause burns on the plates of the condenser.
