Push Pull torch (OPTION)
The Push Pull torch is connected to the connector (3).
Using a Push Pull torch will enable the use of AlSi wire even Ø 0.8 mm with a 4m
torch (ref. 044111). This torch can be used on any mode.
The detection of the Push-Pull torch is made by a simple press on the trigger.
When using a potentiometer controlled push-pull torch, the interface’s settings
allow you to set the maximum value of the adjustment range.
The torch’s potentiometer can then be used to adjust between 50% and 100% of
this value.

The digital torch works as follow:
1- Green light (speed:

Spool Gun torch (OPTION)
The Spool Gun torch is connected to the connector (7). This torch can be used
only in synergic, standard and manual mode.
- In manual mode (see p.20), the knob to adjust the wire speed is on the torch
(adjustment cannot be done on the machine).
- In synergic mode (see p.20), the adjusting knob enables to amend the wire
speed between 50% to 100% of the interface value.
The detection of the Push-Pull torch is made by a simple press on the trigger.
Make sure to adjust the max speed wanted with the dial on the interface.

1- Button opening/closing casing
2- Reel tightening nut
3- Reel break nut (do not tighten too much)
4- Adjsutment screw for rollers tension
5- Adjustment knob for speed wire
- Open the case (1), remove the support nut (2).
- Untighten the reel brake nut (3).
- Insert your reel.
- To insert the wire in the rollers, put a tension on the «adjustment screw for rollers
tension (4)»
- Remove the torch wire by reeling the reel.
- Plug in the Spool gun command connector and power connector (see p.2).
RESET
The PULSEMIG has 2 reset options. The « SOFT » option resets the ma

chine completely but stores the settings saved in memory. The « TOTAL »
option reset the machine perameters to those when purchased (For this
mode an SD card is needed).
