STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) 

A.) Place the two Weight Bar Safety Catch Frames (#9) onto the selected open slots on the 

Vertical Frames (#1, #2, #3). 

B.) Attach Insert the Left & Right Bar Holders (#20 & 21), the Left & Right Safety Catches (#18 

& 19) into the selected holes on the Front Vertical Frames (#1).
