Step 2: Assemble roof framework
a.
Start with the front center peak 3-way fitting “C”, insert the “A” pipe into each end that is angled. This will
create the peak.
b.
Next insert the “B” pipe into the horizontal end of the 3-way fitting. This starts the horizontal peak framework.
c.
Holding the prebuilt section, have the second person insert the horizontal end of 4-way fitting “D” onto the
open end of the pipe”2”. Insert each pipe into open end of the 4 way fitting to create the angle. At this point
the pre-built frame work will support itself.
d.
Repeat Steps until all the roof frame pipe assembled. There should be 3 sections.
Starting at the front of the unit, assemble the horizontal side framework to the prebuilt roof. Complete the assembly of
one side before working on the other.
e.
Attach the 3-way corner fitting “C” to the “A” pipe that is pre-assembled.
-
Note that the angled end of the fitting should be attached to the peak and the leg (leg pipe will be
assembled last)
f.
Attach the “B” pipe to the horizontal end of the fitting that will run the length of the unit.
g.
Repeat this process with all 4-way fittings
Step 3: Insert the legs and put on cover
a.
Attach the foot pads “E” to one end six “B” pipe with the “H” hardware nut and bolt. These will be the legs.
b.
Starting on one side: insert 3 of the “B” pipe into the last opening of each 3-way and 4-way fitting. Ensuring the
foot pad angles are all In the same direction and flush when standing.
c.
Remove the cover from the bag and unfold placing it on the side of the unit with the pre-inserted legs. Locate
the bottom of the cover (front and back) and start to unfold pulling it over the frame centering the peak of the
cover to the peak of the frame.
d.
Next insert the remaining 3 leg pipe “B”. Folding back the cover partially so you can grab ahold of the frame lift
and insert the last three leg pipe. From here you will be able to adjust and fit the cover properly.
