To   connect   to   other   Bluetooth   devices   first   make   sure   the   other   device   has   
Bluetooth   turned   on   and   is   “visible”   to   your   IMO   Dash.   

 

Select   Bluetooth   by   ticking   the   Bluetooth   box

   

 

Select   Bluetooth   visibility   by   ticking   the   Bluetooth   visibility   box

   

 

Scroll   down   to   Paired   device   and   select

en   select   Add   new   device

   

   
Your   IMO   dash   will   search   for   devices.   When   it   finds   the   device   you   would   
like   to   connect   to,   select   this   device.   You   may   be   prompted   to   enter   its   
password   which   you   will   need   to   know.   
   
Once   paired   and   connected   you   can   safely   transfer   your   files   wirelessly,   
listen   to   music   or   make   hands   free   calls.   
   

Problems   and   Solutions      

To   save   your   time   if   you   have   any   problems   here   is   a   quick   troubleshooting   
guide.   Please   try   the   fixes   before   you   return   to   your   reseller.      
   

Unable   to   turn   on   the   phone      

 

Hold   down   the   power   button   continuously   for   at   least   10   seconds.   

   

 

Check   battery   is   correctly   installed.   Remove   the   back   cover   and   battery,   

and   reinstall.      

   

 

Check   whether   the   battery   is   exhausted,   and   check   all   connections   both   

on   your   device   and   wall   socket.   

   

   

SIM   card   not   recognized      

 

Remove   your   SIM   card   and   wipe   to   clean   the   metal   contact   points.

insert   your   SIM   and   power   up   your   phone.   

   

   

Call   quality   is   poor.      

 

Please   check   whether   the   volume   needs   adjusting.   

   

 

Use   of   mobile   phones   in   poor   reception   areas,   such   as   high

or   basement   is   common.   Please   try   in   a   good   outdoor   reception   area.
