6.2.2 Music control
To start the music-controlled show program, select
the setting for the menu item
and con-
firm . When the music control is activated, the unit
will respond to sound picked up via the internal
microphone (1) .
When the menu item is set to
again, the
unit will automatically go to the “DMX control”
mode .
Note:
The music control will be automatically deactivated
when “Slave mode” or “DMX control” is selected .
6.2.3 Slave mode
To operate the unit as a slave (master /slave mode,
refer to chapter 5 .2), select the setting
for
the menu item
and confirm . The unit will run
the show program adjusted on the master unit .
When the menu item is set to
again,
the unit will automatically return to its own show
program 1 to 8 adjusted .
Note:
A unit set to “Slave” will automatically return to
“Master” when a different operating mode is selected .
Please note: Never set more than one unit to
“Master” in a master /slave chain .
6.3 Additional menu functions
Selecting the pan / tilt speed
For soft and smooth movements of the moving
head during slow motion sequences, select the
setting
(low speed) for the menu item
and confirm .
Inverting the pan / tilt direction
To invert the pan direction, select the setting
for the menu item
and confirm .
To invert the tilt direction, select the setting
for the menu item
and confirm .
Inverting the display indication
To turn the display indication by 180° (for up-
side-down installation of the unit), select the set-
ting for the menu item
and confirm .
Resetting the menu settings
To reset the menu to its factory settings, select
the setting for the menu item
and con-
firm . After resetting the menu settings, the unit
will automatically go to the „DMX control“ mode .
Calibration
The menu item
can be used for fine adjust-
ment of the starting positions for the functions
Pan, Tilt and Zoom (refer to the menu structure,
chapter 8):
1) Select the setting
and call up the sub-
menu for the calibration .
2) In the submenu, call up the corresponding func-
tion ( = Pan, = Tilt, = Zoom), correct the
value and confirm .
Via
, all values of the submenu can be
reset to “000”: Select
and keep the but-
ton ENTER pressed until “000” briefly appears
on the display . Then press the button ENTER
again; otherwise, the display indication will not
disappear automatically .
Note:
The calibration values will not be reset when the
menu settings are reset (menu item
) .
Reset
To reset the unit (reset of the motor control), ac-
tivate the function via the menu item
. After
resetting, the unit will return to its previous oper-
ating mode .
