Guarantee details
1. The compensation standard for equipment repair, exchange, refund
follows “Customer protection and compensation law’ set by Economy
Planning Committee.
2. However, in the cases below, the repair will not be free of charge
A. When the Guarantee period is over.
B. When the damage was caused by user’s carelessness due to not
following the cautions written in the operation manual.
C. When the trouble was caused by user’s voluntary internal
reconstruction.
D. When the damage was caused by a natural disaster such as fire,
sea wind, earthquake.
E. When the repair is needed, make sure to bring the certificate.
4. Since we do not reissue your certificate, so keep it in a safe
place.
5. This certificate is valid only domestically
