- No power: Battery trouble, recharge your battery.

- Buttons won’t work: check Hold key and then disarm.

- MP3 Files will not download/upload: Check the cable connection.

- Not enough memory: delete unused files

- Does not operate: First, press reset button, and then operate and when it

still does not work, refer to ’Mandatory Format’.

- The power will automatically go off: Check if Sleep mode is on from

Timer menu.

- Cannot connect to the PC: For Windows 98, install UMS DRIVER then

connect.

Other than Windows 98, Reboot your computer then connect, and then

follow the directions in ‘Computer connection’ section.
