7.2.1.2 Assembly
(Fig. 7 - 10)
•
Place the pump so that the diaphragm

is lying in a horizontal position.
•
Tighten the diaphragm
(6)
with the torque of 2 - 4 Nm.
•
Bring the connecting rod
(see fig. 10)
and the diaphragm (6) into the central position.
•
Replace the pump head
(5)
.
•
Insert the valves
(4)
(see fig. 9)
and the o-rings
(3)
.
Ensure that they are lying completely flat. Do not insert the burred side facing the sealing surface.
•
Replace the connecting head
(2)
and tighten the 2 x 4 cross head screws
(1)
with a torque of 3 - 4
Nm.
•
Use an analog assembly sequence for all heads.
•
Reattach the hose connections with clamping ring screw fittings.
•
Close the casing in the reverse order.
CAUTION !
Please pay attention to the valve arrangements (C) and (D)!
